摘要
在分析乳化沥青冷再生机理的基础上,在实验室进行了乳化沥青冷再生混合料的设计与性能试验研究,结果显示:(1)乳化沥青冷再生混合料的强度构成仍可采用摩尔-库仑方程表示,但内聚力和内摩阻力在初期和后期对再生混合料强度的贡献不同;(2)偏高的水泥掺量对乳化沥青冷再生混合料的疲劳寿命有不良影响,本次设计的水泥掺量为2%,最佳乳化沥青用量为3.3%,最佳流体含量为8.6%;(3)乳化沥青冷再生混合料具有较好的劈裂强度、抗水损害性能与抗高温变形性能。
The design and performance test of emulsified asphalt cold regenerated mixture was carried out in the laboratory on the basis of the analysis of the mechanism of cold regeneration of emulsified asphalt.The results shows that:(1)The strength composition of emulsified bituminous cold regenerated mixture can still be expressed by the moori-coulomb equation, but the contribution of cohesion and internal friction to the strength of the regenerated mixture is different in the early and late stages;(2)High cement content on the fatigue life of emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is bad, the design of the cement content is 2%, the best dosage of emulsified asphalt is 3.3%, the best fluid content is 8.6%;(3)The emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture has good cleavage strength, the water damage resistance and resistance to high temperature deformation.
