摘要 高温是黄瓜生长过程中常遇到的逆境胁迫,造成的危害已成为夏季和保护地栽培的主要限制因素,黄瓜耐热性研究是目前该领域重要的研究方向之一。本文从高温伤害对黄瓜生物学特性和主要经济性状、生理指标的影响,黄瓜耐热性鉴定评价,黄瓜耐热性的遗传规律及分子标记研究等方面,综述了高温胁迫对我国黄瓜生长的危害,以期为黄瓜耐热性研究提供理论基础。 High temperature as one of the environment stress factors, it is often suffered in the protected at summer, has become a main limiting factor disturbing its normal growth. The study on heat tolerance of cucumber is an important research direction at present. In this paper, we researched the effects of high temperature injury on the biological characteristics of cucumber, its main economic characters and physiological indexes, evaluation on heat tolerance of cucumber, genetic development of cucumber and molecular markers. We summarized the effects of high temperature stress on the growth of cucumber in China, and in order to provide a theoretical basis for the study of cucumber heat tolerance.
