功能性鼻窦内镜手术治疗非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效

The clinical efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery in treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis

目的:探讨功能性鼻窦内镜手术(FESS)治疗非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎的临床近期和远期疗效。方法:选取2012年1月至2015年6月辽宁省沈阳市第一人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎患者147例,将其随机分为对照组73例,观察组74例。对照组予常规药物治疗,观察组予常规药物联合FESS治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床效果和术后不良反应情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为97.30%,高于对照组的86.30%(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为8.11%和26.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组随访6个月和随访1年复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组随访3年复发率分别为6.76%和17.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FESS能够显著改善非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎的症状,3年内复发率低,是非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎切实有效的治疗方法。

Objective：To investigate the short-term and long-term effects of functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）for the treatment of non-invasive fungal sinusitis.Methods：A total of 147 patients with FESS admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to June 2015 were selected,and were randomly divided into a control group（73 cases）and an observation group（74 cases）.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and those in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of FESS.The clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results：The effective rate in the observation group was 97.30%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（86.30%）（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.11%,which was lower than that in the control group（26.03%）（P〈0.05）.There were no significant differences in the 6-month and 1-year recurrence rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The 3-year recurrence rate in the observation group was 6.76%,which was lower than that in the control group（17.81%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：FESS could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of non-invasive fungal sinusitis and reduce the 3-year recurrence rate.
