摘要
介绍天津"十二五"水利信息化建设成果,分析信息化现状面临的问题,梳理水务业务职能,以现有天津市水务业务管理平台为基础,提出基于云服务平台的天津水务信息化顶层设计的解决方案,充分利用云服务平台、"互联网+"、物联网等新兴技术,统筹规划水务感知物联网、水务云服务平台、"互联网+"业务应用、标准规范制定、信息安全保密、水务云平台系统布设迁移等内容,形成架构统一、功能齐全、资源共享、安全高效、简便快捷的建设框架,藉此全面提升水务信息化水平。
The article introduces achievements of water resources information development during the 12th Five-Year Plan of Water affairs in Tianjin, analyzing challenges facing the information construction and trying to untangle the water functions, based on“Tianjin water business management platform”, it proposes a solution based on cloud service platform for top-level design about water resources information of Tianjin. Taking full advantage of emerging technologies such as cloud service platform, internet plus and internet of things, making overall plan for water internet of things, water cloud service platform, internet plus business application, standard specification formulation, information security and secrecy, system layout and migration on water cloud service platform and so on. It forms a construction framework having advantages like architecture unification functional, resource sharing, safety and efficiency, simple and easy-to-do, thus can fully enhance information level of water resources information.
