摘要
详细阐述了单管并联逆变准谐振拓扑结构感应加热系统的工作原理,通过理论分析,结合实践测试,分析单管并联逆变拓扑结构感应加热系统电磁线圈和功率器件IGBT在三种工作模式下的主要损耗,分析出磁距和损耗之间的关系,并提出在实际设计工作中如何用简单的方法控制和调整磁距。
This thesis introduces the theory of induction system with single IGBT inverter topology, through the theoretical analysis and combine the practical test, this thesis illustrates the main losses of working coil and IGBT in different working mode, it illustrates the relationship between losses and magnetic gap, and proposes how to design and adjust the magnetic gap via the simple method.
