摘要
火电厂辅机低电压穿越能力不足的问题广泛存在,全国范围内由于电压暂降原因导致的火电机组停机问题日益突显。首先根据电压耐受力曲线的不足之处,提出功率敏感性负载的定义,并介绍了过程免疫时间的基本概念。然后,根据火电厂MFT条件,分析了火电厂主要工艺过程,得到了火电厂的主要敏感设备。最后,通过对火电厂主要工艺过程的PIT分析,提出了基于PIT的能量补偿治理措施。
The problem of low voltage crossing capability of auxiliary power plants is widespread and the problem of thermal power unit shut- down caused by voltage sag is becoming increasingly prominent in our country. Firstly, according to the shortcomings of the voltage tolerance curve, the definition of power sensitive load is proposed, and the basic concept of process immunity time is introduced. Then, according to the MFT condition of the thermal power plant, the main process of the thermal power plant is analyzed, and the main sensitive equipment of the thermal power plant is obtained. Finally, based on the PIT analysis of the main process of thermal power plants, the energy compensation measures based on PIT are put forward.
