蒋光慈是我国早期革命文学的代表作家,他的小说既反映了现实革命斗争,又塑造了许多革命者的形象。此外,他的创作还带有强烈的主观抒情性,充满着革命的激情,有时还流露出幻灭的感伤。而且他常将革命和恋爱相交织,使革命赋予了浪漫色彩。他的小说十分具有鼓动性,在当时产生了极大的影响,虽然遭到了批评,但是对于革命文学的发展有着重大的影响。

Jiang Guangci is a representative writer of the early revolutionary literature in China. His novels re- fleet real revolutionary struggles and build the images of many revolutionaries. Besides, his writing is strongly lyric, full of revolutionary passion and sometimes reveals the sadness for disillusion. Moreover, he often interweaves revo- lution with love and therefore gives revolution romantic colors. His motivating novels exerted huge influence at that time. Even though criticized, his novels have still made significant impacts on the development of revolutionary lit- erature.
