摘要
本文从技术和业务两个层面探讨国外有线电视业务的发展趋势和面临的挑战,重点研究具备强QoS控制的有线电视和IPTV,弱QoS控制的OTT电视的未来发展路线,为我国有线电视业务运营商应对IPTV、OTT电视的竞争提出建议。
This paper discusses the development trend and challenges of foreign cable TV business from two aspects of technology and service. It focuses on the future development route of the cable TV and IPTV with strong QoS control, the weak QoS controlled OTT TV, and puts forward some suggestions for China＇s cable TV operators to deal with the competition of IPTV and OTT TV.
