摘要
在原有利用农作物秸秆作为成型原料的基础上,添加具有胶黏性的低值胶黏剂,使得生物质成型燃料的成型特性得到进一步提升。试验数据表明,混合了造纸厂废液而制备成的成型燃料,其含水率的高低对成型特性具有显著影响,含水率过低或过高都无法成型。数据显示,当农作物秸秆与造纸厂黑液配比为7∶3,含水率为12%时,密度为1457. 07 kg/m^3,抗跌碎强度为99. 60%,平均抗压强度为134. 44 N,其成型特性、抗吸湿性、耐久性最佳。
Based on the original use of crop straw as the molding material, adding low price adhesive with adhesive viscosity, the molding properties of biomass briquette were further improved. The experimental data showed that the water content of the formed fuel, which was mixed with the waste liquid of paper mill, had a significant influence on the forming characteristics, and the water content was too low or too high to be molded. The data showed that when the ratio of crop straw to the waste liquid of paper mill was 7∶3 and the water content was 12%, the molding characteristic was the best: the density was 1457.07 kg/m 3, the resistance to breaking strength was 99.60%, the average compressive strength was 134.44 N, and durability was the best.
