分级诊疗背景下,二级医院在我国医疗卫生服务体系中的作用凸显,医院评审对推动医院的可持续发展具有重要意义。文章结合流程再造、学习型组织等理论,对医院评审能够起到促进医院业务内涵及综合内涵建设,优化医院信息管理、档案管理、医疗服务流程管理以及人力资源管理等医院内部管理,推动医院的可持续发展的作用进行了分析与论证。因此,医院应当充分认识与发挥医院评审对医院可持续发展的推动作用,以医院评审为契机,将医院评审与医院的各项工作进行有机结合,实现医院的可持续发展。

Under the background of hierarchical medical system, the role of secondary hospitals in Chinese medical and health service system is prominent, so hospital accreditation is of great significance to promoting the sustainable development of hospital. The article analyzed and illustrated the role of hospital accreditation in promoting the sustainable development of a hospital through reinforcing the hospital business connotation and comprehensive connotation construction, and optimizing the internal management including information management, file management, medical service process management and human resources management. Therefore, the hospital should fully understand the role of hospital accreditation in the sustainable development of the hospital. Besides, the hospital should taking hospital accreditation as an opportunity to combine hospital accreditation with hospital work to achieve sustainable hospital development.
