抢救流程优化对急诊ICU患者抢救成功率及满意度的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨优化抢救流程对急诊ICU患者的抢救成功率、护理不良事件及满意度的影响,为临床急诊ICU患者的抢救提供治疗护理依据。方法选取2015年8月至2016年1月温州医科大学附属第二医院成人急诊科收治的59例患者为常规组,采用传统抢救流程;选取2016年2月至7月收治的59例患者为干预组,实施优化抢救流程。常规组患者采取传统抢救流程,对干预组患者的抢救流程进行优化管理。结果干预组患者的抢救成功率86.44%(51/59)明显高于常规组的69.49%(41/59);干预组每次抢救需要的护士人数(2.16±0.84)人明显少于常规组(4.32±0.68)人;干预组护理不良事件的发生率8.47%(5/59)明显低于常规组的23.73%(14/59);干预组护理满意度91.53%(54/59)显著高于常规组的71.19%(42/59),差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论优化急诊ICU患者抢救流程,可有效提高患者抢救成功率,降低护理不良事件的发生率,节省人力物力,提升患者满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of optimizing the rescue process on the success rate of rescue, adverse nursing events and satisfaction of patients in emergency ICU, and to provide reference of treatment and nursing for rescuing patients in emergency ICU. Method Patients admitted to the adult emergency department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from August 2015 to January 2016 were recruited as control group(n=59), accepting routine rescue process. Patients admitted from from February 2016 to July 2016 were recruited as intervention group(n=59), accepted optimized rescue process. Results The success rate of rescue in the intervention group(86.44%, 51/59) was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(69.49%, 41/59)(p0.05). The number of nurses needed for a rescue in the intervention group(2.16±0.84) was significantly lower than that of the control group(4.32±0.68)(p0.05). The incidence of adverse nursing events in the intervention group(8.47%, 5/59) was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(23.73%, 14/59)(p0.05). Patients' satisfaction with nursing in the intervention group(91.53%, 54/59) was significantly higher than that of the routine group(71.19%, 42/59). Conclusion Optimizing the rescue process in emergency ICU can effectively increase the success rate of rescue, reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events, lower the number of nurses needed for rescue, and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing.
