摘要
目的探讨个性化教育模式对ICU护士腹内压测量知信行水平的影响。方法选取我院105例ICU护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=53)。对照组护士给予常规教育模式,观察组护士给予个性化教育模式,比较两组护士腹内压测量知识、态度、行为水平。结果观察组ICU护士腹内压测量知识、态度、行为水平得分显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论个性化教育模式可提高ICU护士腹内压测量知信行水平,降低ACS发生率,提高患者生存率,值得在临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of personalized education model on the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of intra-abdominal pressure measurement in ICU nurses. Method A total of 105 cases of ICU nurses in our hospital were selected and divided by random number table into observation group(n=52) and control group(n=53). Routine education was conducted in the control group, and personalized education model was adopted in the observation group. The two groups were compared for level of the knowledge, attitude and practice about intra-abdominal pressure measurement. Results The scores of knowledge, attitude and practice scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p0.05). Conclusion The personalized education model can improve the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of intra-abdominal pressure measurement, reduce the incidence of ACS and improve the survival rate of ICU nurses, suggesting that it is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
