摘要 目的探讨模拟病房在实习护士教学管理中的应用。方法选择2015年11月至2017年5月在我院实习的护士94名,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组47名,对照组采用传统教学管理,观察组采用模拟病房教学管理,实习结束后,比较两组实习护士的理论知识和操作技能成绩,同时实习护士对个人临床工作、沟通、护理诊断、书写护理文件等10个方面的能力进行自评,并对两组带教老师及实习护士对教学管理方式的满意度进行问卷调查。结果观察组实习护士理论知识和操作技能成绩均明显高于对照组(p<0.05),且观察组实习护士的实习成绩总分明显高于对照组(p<0.05);观察组实习护士自评个人能力优秀人数明显多于对照组(p<0.05),个人能力一般和差的人数明显少于对照组(p<0.05);观察组实习护士对带教老师及实习的满意度均明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论模拟病房教学管理可明显提高实习护士的理论知识和操作技能成绩,促进实习护士个人能力的有效提升,且带教老师和实习护士的满意度高,值得在教学管理中推广应用。 Objective To study the application of simulated ward in nurse intern training. Method Ninety-four nurse interns who were trained in our hospital from November 2015 to May 2017 were recruited and randomly divided into observation group(n=47) and control group(n=47) using random number table method. The control group was managed by traditional teaching. The observation group was managed by simulated ward teaching. When the internship was finished, the nurse interns of two groups were compared for theoretical knowledge and operational skills. And the nurse interns did selfevaluation on clinical work, communication, nursing diagnosis, nursing document writing, etc. The teachers and nurses interns were investigated about the satisfaction with teaching using questionnaires. Results The theoretical knowledge score, operational skill score, and total score of internship of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(p0.05). The number of nurse interns reporting "excellent" in self-evaluation of individual capability in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(p0.05). The numbers of nurse interns reporting "ordinary" and "poor" were both lower than those of the control group(p0.05). Nurse interns' satisfaction with the teachers and the training in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(p0.05). Conclusion Simulated ward teaching can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the nurse interns, promote the effective improvement of the individual capability of the practice nurses, and increase the satisfaction of the teachers and the nurse interns, proved to be worthy of being promoted and applied in the teaching management.
