摘要
目的了解男护士工作场所欺凌行为、职场孤独感现状,分析工作场所欺凌行为对其职场孤独感的影响。方法以方便抽样法于2017年9月选择浙江省6家三级综合医院的105名男护士为研究对象,应用负性行为问卷、职场孤独感量表进行问卷调查。结果男护士工作场所欺凌行为得分为65.35±10.01分,职场孤独感得分为30.23±7.45分,均处于中等水平;男护士职场孤独感与工作场所欺凌行为呈正相关(p<0.05);工作年限、工作场所欺凌行为及其各维度是男护士职场孤独感的影响因素。结论男护士职场孤独感有待降低,工作场所欺凌行为越严重,男护士职场孤独感水平越高。
Objective To understand the situation of workplace bullying and workplace loneliness among male nurses, and to analyze the impact of workplace bullying on their workplace loneliness. Method In September 2017, 105 male nurses from 6 tertiary general hospitals in Zhejiang Province were selected as the study subjects. The questionnaires were conducted using the Negative Acts Questionnaire and Workplace Loneliness Scale. Results The score of workplace bullying of the male nurses was 65.35±10.01, and the score of workplace loneliness was 30.23±7.45, both of which were in the moderate level. The male nurses' workplace loneliness was positively correlated with workplace bullying(p0.05). The years of working, workplace bullying and its dimensions were the influencing factors of workplace loneliness of male nurses. Conclusion The workplace loneliness of male nurses needs to be reduced. The more serious the workplace bullying is in the workplace, the higher the level of workplace loneliness is in male nurses.
