摘要 随着国民生活水平的提高,家政服务逐渐走入人们的视线。本文通过科大讯飞的语音识别、语音合成等技术,结合了IHS(Interactive Heuristic Search)算法设计并实现了一款基于语音交互的家政预约APP。科大讯飞多次在国内外语音合成评测、语音识别大赛中夺得桂冠,语音识别准确率超过98%,响应识别时间低于200ms。可以快速准确地识别用户输入。IHS算法可以通过多次询问用户家政属性,最终推荐给用户最合适的家政服务人员,完成家政预约服务。 With the improvement of the standard of living of the people, housekeeping services are gradually entering thedaily life.In this paper, IFLYTEK's voice recognition, speech synthesis and other technologies are combined with IHS ( Interactive HeuristicSearch) algorithm to design and implement a housemaid reservation APP based on voice interaction. IFLYTEK won several awardsat home and abroad in speech synthesis evaluation and speech recognition competition. The accuracy of speech recognition exceeds98%, and response recognition time is less than 200 ms. IFLYTEK can quickly and accurately identify user input. The IHS algorithmcan inquire about the attributes of the housemaid by multiple times, eventually recommending to the user the most suitablehousemaid service and completing the housemaid reservation service.
