摘要
考察了建筑石膏的不同掺量对碱式硫酸镁水泥抗压强度、抗折强度、软化系数、凝结时间以及浆体流动度的影响.通过对试件硬化微观晶体形貌的观测,分析了建筑石膏对碱式硫酸镁水泥强度及软化系数的影响机理,以及外加剂对其相关性能的影响.结果表明,建筑石膏与碱式硫酸镁水泥混合胶凝材料在适宜的配比下可以制作凝结时间适宜、早期强度高、耐水性良好的新型胶凝材料.
This paper studied the effects of different content of building gypsum on the compressive strength, flexural strength, softening coefficient, setting time and cement paste fluidity of basic magnesium sulfate cement (BMSC) . Based on the observation of the microstructure of the specimen, the influence mechanism of the build- ing gypsum on the strength, softening coefficient of the basic magnesium sulfate cement and that of the admixture on its related properties were analyzed. The results show that the new eementitious material with good setting time, high early strength and good water resistance can be produced by the mixed cementitious material of building gypsum and basic magnesium sulfate cement in suitable ratio.
