压力信号转换器耐久测试系统设计

摘要 依据GB/T28046.2-2011,设计了压力信号转换器测试系统,用于对压力信号转换器进行耐久性测试。系统由软、硬件结合,通过控制电源给样品输入模拟压力电信号,并比对样品输出的CAN报文,来判定样品的可靠性。经测试,系统线路连接方便、人机界面友好、提供格式检验报告,并具有良好的稳定性。 With the development of automobile industry, the requirements for the reliability of automotive electronic products are getting higher and higher. For automotive safety testing standards, a series of na- tional standards have been introduced. At present, the corresponding test methods fail to reach the level of an automated comprehensive test system. In this article, based on GB/T28046.2-2011, a pressure signal converter test system was designed for durability testing of pressure signal converters. The system is corn posed of software and hardware. The analog pressure signal was input to the sample by controlling the power supply, and the CAN message of the sample output was compared to determine the reliability of the sample. The testing results show that the system has convenient line connection, friendly man-machine in- terface, and provides format inspection report with good stability.
