抗菌肽与喹乙醇体外抑菌效果的比较及对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为研究肠杆菌肽与喹乙醇体外抑菌效果以及替代喹乙醇对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响,体外试验选用大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌测定抗菌肽与喹乙醇的抑菌效果。体内试验挑选28日龄左右,144头健康断奶仔猪,分为2个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复18头,研究两组之间生产性能和腹泻率的差异。体外试验结果显示,以大肠杆菌ATCC25922为指示菌株,0.5%肠杆菌肽与50%喹乙醇最低抑菌浓度均为400μg/mL,而相对于沙门氏菌CVCC50094,0.5%肠杆菌肽的最低抑菌浓度低于50%喹乙醇最低抑菌浓度。体内试验结果表明,300g/t抗菌肽替代喹乙醇后,日采食、日增重有所增加,腹泻率明显降低,肠道中大肠杆菌数量降低。 This paper was aimed to research antibacterial peptides and olaquindox inhibiting the growth of gram-negative bacterium in vitro and the effects of antibacterial peptides replace the claquindox on performance in weaned piglets.E.coli and Salmonella were selected as indicators to investigate the in vitro antibacteri- al effect of antibacterial peptides and olaquindox.To choose one hundred and forty four weaned piglets were randomly allotted into two treatments.Each group included four replicate pens with 18 piglets per pen.The results of in vitro experiments showed that E.coli as the indicated strain,0.5% antibacterial peptides and 50% olaguindox had the minimum inhibitory concentration of 400 μg/mL.Salmonells as the indicated strain, the lowest inhibitory concentration of 0.5% antibacterial was less than 50% olaguindosIn vitro results showed that after replacing olguindos with 300 g/t antibateterial peptides, the daily intake and daily weight gain increased, the rate of diarrhea decreased significantly, and the number of E.coli in the intestinal decreased.
