摘要
本试验研究了饲喂盐地碱蓬对阿勒泰羊屠宰性能的影响。将18只90日龄,平均体重为(22.90±0.4)kg的阿勒泰羊公羊,随机分为3组(n=6)。在全舍饲、日粮精料为70%条件下,分别饲喂玉米秸秆,小麦秸秆,盐地碱蓬,饲喂至180日龄后屠宰。结果表明:盐地碱蓬组平均日增重最高,较玉米秸秆组与小麦秸秆组分别高了9.08%(P<0.05)和10.46%(P<0.05);盐地碱蓬组屠宰胴体重最高,比玉米秸秆组显著增加了8.94%(P<0.05),而与小麦秸秆组无明显差异(P>0.05),并且盐地碱蓬组净肉率分别较玉米秸秆组和小麦秸秆组高了13.28%(P<0.05)和14.11%(P<0.05),脂肪率分别比玉米秸秆组和小麦秸秆组低了21.85%(P<0.05)和22.86%(P<0.05)。说明盐地碱蓬可以提高阿勒泰羊的日增重,降低料肉比,提高净肉率,降低胴体脂肪率。
The effect of feeding $uaeda salsa on the slaughter performance of Ahay sheep was studied. Eighteen 90-day-old Ahay sheep rams with body weight of (22.90±0.47)kg were randomly divided into three groups (n=6).Under the condition of the whole barn feeding and the diet concentrate was 70% ,the three group of sheep were fed with corn stover,wheat straw,and saline-alkali soil,respectively,and were slaughtered after 180 days of age.The Results showed that:the average daily gain of Suaeda salsa was the highest,9.08% (P 〈 0.05) and 10.46% higher than that of corn stalk and wheat straw respectively.The carcasses of Suaeda salsa slaughtered were the highest,with a significant increase of 8.94% (P 〈 0.05) compared with corn stover group,but no significant difference with wheat straw group (P 〉 0.05).The net meat yield of Suaeda salsa was significantly higher than that of the other two groups (P 〈 0.05),which were 13.28% higher than that of corn straw (P 〈 0.05) and 14.11% higher wheat straw (P 〈 0.05).The fat rate of Suaeda sala was also significantly lower than the other two groups (P 〈 0.05),21.85% (P 〈 0.05) and 22.86%(P 〈 0.05) lower than that of corn straw and wheat straw respectively.The results indicate that the effect of Suaeda salsa can increase the daily gain of Altay sheep,reduce the feed conversion ratio,increase the net meat yield, reduce the carcass fat percentage.
