摘要
从辅助运输设备的横向、纵向分析了卡轨车动态稳定性,根据制动系统的设计原则,提出了一种新型制动器方案,并对制动器液压系统、限速器的结构进行设计。该系统设计解决了卡轨车运输过程中的安全问题,提高了卡轨车运输的安全可靠性,提高了矿用卡轨车运输效率。
The dynamic stability of the auxiliary transportation equipment is analyzed from the horizontal andlongitudinal aspects. According to the design principle of the braking system, a new brake scheme is proposed. Thehydraulic system of brake and the structure of speed limiter are designed. The design of the system solves the safetyproblems in the process of rail truck transportation, improves the safety and reliability of rail truck transportation, andpromotes the efficiency of rail truck transportation.
