带式输送机拉线托架的设计及应用

摘要 运输机的拉线托架常出现拉线脱钩、锈蚀断落等问题,并影响运输过程的安全性。为解决这些问题,提高拉线托架的使用寿命,降低托架的维护费用,设计了聚丙烯塑料拉线托架,不仅解决了原托架安装困难、寿命短的问题,还节约了制造成本,提高了带式运输机的安全运输能力。 The cable carrier of the conveyer often occurs problems such as wire decoupling, rusting and breaking, andaffects the safety of the transportation process. In order to solve these problems, improve the service life of the cablebracket and reduce the maintenance cost of the bracket, a polypropylene plastic cable bracket is designed, which notonly solves the problems of difficult installation and short life of the original bracket, but also saves the manufacturingcost. The safety transportation capacity of belt conveyor is improved.
