本组装机是针对行星减速机中的行星齿轮组件手工组装效率低的问题自行设计制造的,对行星齿轮及其内孔的上下两排共24粒圆柱滚子及5个垫片进行自动组装,人工只需要将散乱的圆柱滚子、行星齿轮、5个垫片放入相应的料仓或料筒内,按动启动按钮,即可自动进行行星齿轮组件的组装,替代人工完成行星齿轮组件的装配。

This assembly machine is designed and manufactured to solve the problem of low efficiency of manualassembly of planetary gear components in planetary speed reducers. it automatically assembles 24 cylindrical rollersand five gaskets in the upper and lower rows of planetary gears and their inner holes. only scattered cylindrical rollers,planetary gears and five gaskets need to be placed in the corresponding bin or cylinder manually, and the assembly ofplanetary gear components can be automatically carried out by pressing the start button instead of manually completingthe assembly of planetary gear components.
