摘要
根据极薄煤层液压支架的特点,支架的支护部分和手动泵进行了solidworks三维建模,然后利用solidworks和ANSYS workbench之间的接口进入工程仿真集成平台Workbench。利用Workbench和ANSYS之间的交互功能以及Workbench本身的网格划分工具及接触设置功能很方便地对支架进行了静力学仿真,得到了支架顶梁、底座以及支架整体的最大应力和应变,以期为类似条件下支架设计提供了一定的参考依据。
According to the characteristics of hydraulic support in extremely thin coal seam, the supporting part ofsupport and manual pump are modeled by solidworks, and then the interface between solidworks and ANSYSworkbench is used to enter the integrated platform of engineering simulation, Workbench.. Using the interactionbetween Workbench and ANSYS and the gridding tool and contact setting function of Workbench itself, the staticssimulation of the support is carried out conveniently, and the maximum stress of the top beam, the base and the wholeof the support is obtained. And strain, with a view to providinga certain reference for the design of the support undersimilar conditions.
