摘要
结合矿山通风设备的结构特征,以振动机理为基础,从构成通风设备的运动部件、支撑部件、传动部件等出发分析各类故障产生的原因和振动信号的特征,并结合振动信号检测、诊断系统探讨矿山通风设备振动故障的分析方法。
Combined with the structural characteristics of mine ventilation equipment, based on the vibrationmechanism, the causes of various faults and the characteristics of vibration signals are analyzed from the moving parts,supporting parts and transmission parts of the ventilation equipment. Combined with vibration signal detection anddiagnosis system, the analysis method of mine ventilation equipment vibration fault is discussed.
