选煤机排料系统中刮板结构优化研究

摘要 以刮板组件卡死这一极端工况为例,通过NX Nastran静力学仿真模块对比了两种刮板组件结构形式的最大应力及形变。结果显示:优化后的刮板组件总质量(33 kg)略低于优化前的40 kg;最大应力(74.8 MPa)位于传动系统和板盖连接处,满足所选材料的许用应力。最终得到比强度较高的刮板结构,可满足选煤机刮板输送组件的使用条件。该优化方案对以后的刮板结构设计具有参考意义。 In this paper, the maximum stress and deformation of two kinds of scraper components are compared by NXNastran statics simulation module, taking the extreme condition that scraper component is stuck as an example, themaximum stress and deformation of two kinds of scraper components are compared by NX Nastran statics simulationmodule. The results show that the total mass of the optimized scraper assembly (33 kg) is slightly lower than that of the40 kg; maximum stress (74. 8 MPa) before the optimization, which is located at the joint of the transmission system andthe plate cover, and satisfies the allowable stress of the selected material. Finally, the scraper structure with highspecific strength can be obtained, which can meet the use conditions of the scraper conveying component of the coalseparator. The optimization scheme has reference significance for the design of scraper structure.
