针对CAN总线的有线传输采煤机运行状态监控系统的缺点,提出了一种基于无线网络的采煤机运行状态监测系统,并对该无线监测系统的整体结构、无线传输方案和软件控制流程进行了分析。该系统运行安全、稳定,为确保采煤机的安全、可靠运行提供了保障。

Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the wireline shearer operating state monitoring system based onCAN bus, a wireless network based shearer running state monitoring system is proposed, and the overall structure ofthe wireless monitoring system is presented. The wireless transmission scheme and software control flow are analyzed.And the system can operate safe and stablily.
