摘要
以某煤矿6201运输巷的掘进工作面为例,通过对煤矿工作面除尘器的工作性能进行分析测试,结合理论对长压短抽通风除尘阻力的相关分析,分析了目前矿井现场除尘中存在抽风量较小的原因。基于工作面通风阻力的计算结果,对除尘器的喷雾支架及滤网层数进行了改进,对改进后的设备进行了现场应用。现场应用结果表明:改进之后的除尘器不仅有效降低了除尘过程中的工作阻力,同时其风量提高了120 m3/min,降尘效果得到显著的提升。
Taking the driving face of 6201 transport roadway ina coal mine as an example, through analyzing and testingthe working performance of dust collector in coal mining face, combining with the correlation analysis of long pressureand short suction ventilation and dust removal resistance in theory, This paper analyzes the reasons for the small amountof air extraction in the field dust removal. Based on the calculation results of ventilation resistance in working face, thespray support and filter layer number of dust collector are improved, and the improved equipment is applied in the field.The field application results show that the improved dust collector not only effectively reduces the working resistance inthe process of dust removal, but also increases its air volume by 120m3/ min.
