摘要
对湿式除尘器的结构进行分析,综合考虑经济性和工作量,提出对除尘器的喷嘴、喷雾方式和喷雾结构进行改进的方案。经过现场应用表明:优化后的除尘器的耗水量降低了72.22%,负载能力提高了37.88%,除尘效率提高了7.61%。
The structure of the wet dust collector is analyzed, and the scheme of improving the nozzle, spraying modeand spraying structure of the wet dust collector is put forward. The field application shows that the water consumptionof the optimized dust collector is reduced by 72.22%, the load capacity is increased by 37.88%, and the dust removalefficiency is increased by 7.61%.
