摘要
以某矿9712工作面为例,根据大采高液压支架选型的六个基本条件,对大采高液压支架进行选型研究。首先,以顶板的分类为核心参考条件进行选型,由于该工作面的老顶属于不明显来压老顶,分类等级为Ⅰ,故本工作面宜选取两柱支撑掩护式支架;其次,结合计算公式,给出支架工作阻力、初撑力以及支护高度的确定方法。对液压支架的适应性分析显示:根据该方法确定的工作阻力富余量满足循环末阻力条件,但初撑力属于低初撑力,这不利于直接顶向老顶传递支撑力,造成端冒、冒空顶梁等风险,因此必须提升初撑力值,以提升支架的稳定性。
Taking 9712 face of a mine as an example, according to six basic conditions of large mining height hydraulicsupport selection, the selection of large mining height hydraulic support is studied. First, taking the classification of roofas the core reference condition, because the main roof of the working face belongs to the unobvious pressure roof, theclassification grade is Ⅰ, so the working face should select two pillars supporting cover support; secondly, combine thecalculation formula, The working resistance, initial bracing force and supporting height of the support are determined.The adaptability analysis of hydraulic support shows that the working resistance surplus determined by this methodmeets the end of cycle resistance condition, but the initial bracing force belongs to the low initial bracing force. This isnot conducive to the direct transfer of support to the main roof, resulting in the end of the risk, such as empty roof beam,so it is necessary to raise the value of the initial support force to enhance the stability of the support.
