摘要
通过对掘进机截割机构工作原理的分析,在长期工作经验的基础上提出了一种新的悬臂式掘进机自动截割控制系统。该系统的开发极大提高了掘进机工作时的可靠性和稳定性,同时克服了现有截割控制技术的缺点,提高了掘进机工作的自动化程度和工作效率。
Based on the analysis of the working principle of the cutting mechanism of the roadheader, a new automaticcutting control system of the cantilever roadheader is put forward on the basis of the long-term working experience.The development of a new automatic cutting control system can greatly improve the reliability and stability of theroadheader, overcome the shortcomings of the existing cutting control technology, and improve the automation degreeand working efficiency of the roadheader.
