基于嵌入式的煤矿输送带纵向撕裂监测系统的研究

摘要 总结了现有输送带纵向撕裂故障的检测方法,对机器视觉的检测方法进行了优化,提出了基于嵌入式的煤矿输送带纵向撕裂监测系统。该系统进一步增强了机器视觉检测法的实时性和准确性,在实现了远程故障监测的同时,减少了工作面布线,具有很高的应用价值。 This paper summarizes the existing detection methods of longitudinal tear fault of conveyor belt, optimizesthe detection method of machine vision, and puts forwarda mine belt longitudinal tear monitoring system based onembedded system. The system further enhances the real-time and accuracy of the machine vision detection method,realizes the remote fault monitoring, and reduces the wiring of the working face, so it has a high application value.
