摘要
煤矿的顺槽带式输送机由于地形起伏,快速拆卸,可伸缩移动等复杂条件,会出现经常需要手动启动旁路电路来进行各种控制。为满足对顺槽运输各种情况的实时监控及智能可靠控制的发展要求,采用PLC+人机界面方式对带式输送机进行控制、监测与保护。
Due to complicated conditions such as terrain fluctuation, rapid disassembly, extensible movement and soon, the by-pass circuit often needs to be manually started to control coal mine belt conveyors. In order to meet thedevelopment requirements of real-time monitoring and intelligent and reliable control of all kinds of conditions alongthe channel, the PLC man-machine interface is used to control, monitor and protect the belt conveyor.
