摘要
基于对矿井智能喷雾降尘装置研究,提出了矿井诱导负压除尘系统和综采工作面智能除尘系统。研究了矿井负压除尘系统井下大巷负压诱导自动洒水装置和皮带转载点负压诱导自动洒水装置工作原理,分析了井上监控系统功能、综采工作面智能喷雾降尘系统井下装置的工作原理。该系统通过井下环网与井上监控系统连接,可在井上设置各种参数。
Based on the research of intelligent dust control device in coal mine, the induced negative pressure dustremoval system and the intelligent dust removal system in fully mechanized mining face are put forward. In this paper,the working principle of negative pressure induced automatic sprinkler in underground roadway and belt transfer pointis studied, and the function of monitoring system on well is analyzed. The working principle of the downhole device ofintelligent spray dust control system in fully mechanized mining face can set various parameters in the well byconnecting the downhole ring network with the well monitoring system.
