摘要
基于目前矿井提升机控制系统存在的稳定性差、操作难度大、耗能等问题提出了一套变频器加ARM的控制思路,介绍了变频器控制的分类及原理,ARM控制器的硬件选型、结构、通信以及软件等,同时指出了提升机的控制系统的发展方向。
Based on the problems of low stability, difficult operation and energy consumption in the control system ofmine hoist at present, this paper puts forwarda set of control ideas of frequency converter plus ARM, and introducesthe classification of frequency converter control and the hardware selection of arm controller. Structure, communication,software and so on, and pointed out the development direction of the hoist control system.
