摘要
通过对煤矿带式输送机噪声源识别方法进行了分析,利用现有的仪器和设备,确定了噪声识别的方法为近场测量法,研究了带式输送机主要的噪声源为减速器啸叫噪声、拍击噪声和托辊的径向圆跳动导致的振动噪声及卸料部位冲击噪声,为以后类似条件下输送机的噪声源分析奠定了一定的基础。
By analyzing the method of identifying noise source of belt conveyor in coal mine, using existing instrumentsand equipments, the method of noise identification is determined as near field measurement method, and the mainnoise source of belt conveyor is the noise of reducer. The impact noise caused by the pounding noise and the radialcircle runout of the roller and the impingement noise at the unloading position laya certain foundation for the noisesource of the conveyor under similar conditions in the future.
