This paper introduces the general situation of Shouyang coal industry engineering, analyzes the malfunctionof the large vibrating screen in the process of using, and puts forward the improvement scheme. After thetransformation, the fault of opening and welding of the shaker screen in Shouyang coal industry disappeared, themaintenance operation was greatly reduced, the labor intensity of the maintenance personnel was reduced, the safetyfactor of the construction personnel was ensured, and the maintenance fund was estimated to be saved by 100000 yuanper year. In addition, six additional production days can be added, and the output of raw coal can be increased byabout 20,000 tons.
