摘要
阐述新加坡轨道交通汤申东海岸线T206项目泥水盾构区间隧道,总长2 359 m。在隧道推进过程中,发现盾构在不同地层中,泥浆性能变化较明显,导致推进突变现象。就该现象引发讨论,目的在于找到如何解决该问题的有效方法。根据盾构推进过程中采集数据和泥浆参数的情况分析,从泥浆性能参数(KPI)标准设置、地层变化等方面进行描述。在理论分析中,按照T206泥水盾构推进过程中泥浆指标变化为依据,泥浆设置参数(KPI)为衡量标准,结合地层和实际出土情况为参考依据。在不同地层情况下,对于泥浆参数的影响及推进参数变化的情况,找到相应解决办法,为今后实际应用起到指导性作用。
The mud-water shield tunnel of T206 project of rail transit Tangshen East Coast Line in Singapore is put forward in this paper, with a total length of 2 359 m. In the process of tunnel propulsion, it is found that the mud performance of shield tunneling in different strata changes obviously, which leads to sudden change of propulsion. The purpose of this discussion is to find an effective way to solve the problem. Based on the analysis of the data collected and mud parameters during shield tunneling, this paper describes KPI standard setting and formation changes. In theoretical analysis, according to the change of mud index in the process of T206 mud-water shield driving, KPI is taken as the criterion, and the stratum and actual excavation are taken as the reference. It is concluded that under different formation conditions, the influence of mud parameters and the phenomena of the change of propulsion parameters are affected, and the corresponding solutions are found, whichwill play a guiding role in the future practical application.
