摘要
针对隧道管片接头抗弯试验中可能出现的"大轴力"、"大弯矩"及"正负弯矩频繁切换"的试验工况,研制全新加载模式的管片接头抗弯试验装置"钢蝴蝶"。与传统的管片接头试验装置两端夹紧中间加载顶力方式不同,采用两端直接夹紧施加弯矩的加载方式。该试验装置经实际试验应用,已完成试验所需的各个工况。管片接头抗弯试验装置"钢蝴蝶"作为新理念的管片接头试验装置,在实际试验中客观地体现其可靠性、稳定性,并且兼容多类管片及多种管片拼装形式的接头抗弯试验。
Aiming at the test conditions of large axial force, large bending moment and frequent switching between positive & negative bending moments which may occur in the bending test of tunnel segment joint, a new loading mode of segment joint bending test device steel butterfly is developed. Different from the traditional method of clamping the two ends of the segment joint test device and loading the top force in the middle, the loading method of clamping the two ends directly to apply the bending moment is adopted. The test device has been applied in actual tests and has completed all the working conditions required by the test. As a new concept of segment joint test device,steel butterfly objectively reflects its reliability and stability in the actual test, and compatible with a variety of segment and segment assembly forms of joint bending test.
