吊杆拱桥作为一种梁拱组合式桥梁,因其造型优美、造价低廉,在市政、公路、铁路等线路上应用越来越广泛。但拱桥结构受限于吊杆为主要承载构件,其安全性和使用寿命主要由吊杆的寿命决定。近年来发生多起吊杆拱桥坍塌事故,均是由于吊杆体系出现病害引发事故,而病害的主要表现形式为吊杆防腐失效导致钢丝锈蚀、锈断和墩头、锚杯锈蚀脱锚。汇总、分析上海浦东地区9座拱桥及宁杭高铁3座拱桥吊杆专业养护过程中遇到的实际问题,提出通用性较强的应对措施。

Suspender arch bridge, as a beam-arch composite bridge, is widely used in municipal, highway and railway lines because of its beautiful shape and low cost.However, the arch bridge structure is limited by suspenders as the main load-bearing components, and its safety and service life are mainly determined by the suspenders' life. In recent years, many collapse accidents of suspender arch bridges have occurred,all of which are caused by the diseases of suspender system. The main manifestations of the diseases are corrosion of steel wire,rust breakage and corrosion of pier head and anchor cup. This paper summarizes and analyzes the practical problems encountered in the professional maintenance of suspenders of 9 arch bridges in Pudong New Area of Shanghai and 3 arch bridges in NingxiaHangzhou high-speed railway, and puts forward the countermeasures with strong universality.
