摘要
由于流体的实时变化和非线性的特点,提出了对液体流量的实时精确控制的设计方案。该方案能够提高质量,使工作过程始终处于最佳工作状态。文章以PLC为平台载体,以人机界面、传感器、变频器、A/D、D/A模块等设备为辅助载体,完成对流量参数的控制,利用PID进行调节校正,根据被测数据参数的变化自动对系统进行调节,实时生成各参数的曲线图,达到对流量的稳定控制,使系统随时处于最佳状态。通过PID算法的仿真,分析表明该方法具有较强的可行性和精准的控制性。
Based on to the real-time variation and nonlinearity of the fluid, the real-time precise control scheme for the liquid flow was proposed.The scheme could improve the quality and keep the working process in the best working condition. The design completed the control of flow parameters through PLC, human-machine interface, frequency converter, A/D and D/A module and sensor etc. PID was used to adjust and correct the system automatically according to change of the measured data parameters.The curve of each parameter was generated in real time to achieve stable control of the flow and the system was made in good condition at any time. Through the simulation of PID algorithm, the analysis showed that the method of PID process control had strong feasibility and precise control.
