摘要
文章结合工程爆破以及数值模拟方法的特点,对数值模拟方法在工程爆破行业的应用进行了分析。使用数值模拟的分析方法解决工程爆破问题的优势明显,但同样也存在参数选择误差、样本替代误差、监测反推误差等系统性误差,这导致数值模拟方法在爆破工程中预测爆破效果、优化爆破参数等方面具有一定技术局限性。但是,通过对数值模拟方法在工程爆破的限制性因素分析,突破限制性因素可加快数值模拟方法在工程爆破行业的推广应用。
Based on the characteristics of engineering blasting and numerical simulation methods, the paper analyzes the application of numerical sinmlation methods in engineering blasting industry. The advantages of using numerical sinmlation to solve the blasting prob lem are obvious, but there are also systematic errors such as parameter selection error, sample substitution error, and monitoring back push error. The numerical sinmlation method has some linfitations in predicting blasting effect and optinfizing blasting parameters in blasting engineering. However, through the analysis of the restrictive factors of numerical simulation in engineering blasting, breaking through the restrictive factors can speed up the application of numerical simulation in engineering blasting industry.
