消青明目汤结合西医对症治疗青光眼视神经萎缩临床观察

Observation of clinical effect of Xiaoqing mingmu decoction with western medicine on optic nerve atrophy due to glaucoma

目的:观察消青明目汤结合西医对症治疗青光眼视神经萎缩的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例青光眼视神经萎缩患者分为两组各30例,对照组采用西医对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用消青明目汤治疗,疗程均为3个月;观察治疗前后两组患者视觉诱发电位(VEP)、视野、矫正远视力,并进行临床疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗组患者APl00、LPl00、AN75和LN75水平明显改善(均P﹤0.05),患者视野各项检测指标较治疗前明显改善(均P﹤0.05),且改善程度优于对照组(均P﹤0.05);治疗组平均眼压较对照组明显降低(P﹤0.05)。结论:消青明目汤结合西医对症治疗青光眼较单纯西医对症治疗疗效更好。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqing mingmu decoction combined with western medicine on optic nerve atrophy due to glaucoma. Methods：60 cases of patients with optic nerve atrophy due to glaucoma were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated symptomatically with western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Xiaoqing mingmu decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 3 months for both groups. Visual evoked potential（VEP）,visual field,corrected distance vision of patients were observed in two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical effects were evaluated in two groups. Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. The level of APl00,LPl00,AN75 and LN75 of patients in treatment group was significantly improved（P〈0.05）. The various detection indexes of visual field of patients were more significantly improved than before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the degree of improvement in treatment group was better than that in control group（P〈0.05）.The average intraocular pressure of treatment group was more significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of Xiaoqing mingmu decoction combined with western medicine on glaucoma is better than that of simple western medicine.
