胰腺癌中医辨证分型与预后相关性探索

Exploration of correlativity between TCM syndrome differentiation typing and prognosis of pancreatic cancer

目的:探讨胰腺癌中医辨证分型与预后的关系,以确定中医辨证分型是否为影响晚期胰腺癌患者生存期的独立因素,以期为晚期胰腺癌的临床治疗提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析,对61例晚期胰腺癌患者的临床中医证候进行频数统计,聚类分析其中医证型分布情况,并对患者的年龄、性别、发病部位、手术及放化疗情况等预后因素进行整理并分析。结果:中医辨证分型,发病部位,淋巴结是否转移,肿瘤分期,是否手术以及辅助放化疗手段均为影响胰腺癌患者预后的相关因素。结论:晚期胰腺癌患者的中医辨证分型与胰腺癌预后有关。

Objective：To explore the relationship between TCM syndrome differentiation typing and prognosis of pancreatic cancer,so as to determine whether TCM syndrome differentiation typing is an independent factor which affects the survival time of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer,and provide the references for clinical treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods：The frequency statistic were made by retrospective analysis to TCM clinical syndromes of 61 patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. The distribution of TCM syndrome types of those patients was analyzed by hierarchical clustering method.The age,gender,lesion location,surgery and radiochemotherapy etc. prognostic factors of patients were collected,organized and analyzed.Results：TCM syndrome differentiation typing,lesion location,whether lymph node metastasis,tumor staging,whether surgery and adjuvant radiochemotherapy all were related factors which affected the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer. Conclusion：TCM syndrome differentiation typing of patients with advanced pancreatic cancer is related to the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
