摘要 以速达公司某款车型钢制前防撞梁为基础,用铝合金6061经T6处理的材料代替钢制材料,对其结构进行了优化,开发了一款铝合金前防撞梁。通过有限元分析方法,模拟分析了铝合金前防撞梁和钢制前防撞梁的静态强度、刚度、模态及碰撞性能。结果表明:铝合金前防撞梁的静强度满足设计要求,而模态和刚度优于钢制前防撞梁,这有利于改善整车NVH性能,同时取得良好的轻量化效果,减轻率达55.4%。验证结果表明,铝合金作为前防撞梁实施轻量化的方法是可行的。 A front anti-collision beam of aluminium alloy was developed based on the steel front anti-collision beam of a certain car of Suda company, using aluminium alloy 6061T6 instead of steel and optimizing the structure. Though finite element analysis, static strength,stiffness, modality and anti-collision performance of front anti-collision beam of aluminium alloy and steel were simulated. The results show that the static strength of front anti- collision beam of aluminium alloy can satisfy design demand, the modality and stiffness of front anti-collision beam of aluminium alloy are better than that of steel front anti-collision beam. It is benefit to improve NVH property for whole vehicle. Good lightweight effect is obtained as well, weight saving is up to 55.4%. Verification results show that using aluminum alloy to reduce weight of front anti-collision beam is feasible.
