摘要
通过5182合金罐盖料的四种试验,验证出通过提高冷轧总加工率的途径是无法提高其烘烤性能和成品盖耐压强度。但通过提高Mg元素的含量,能够明显提高盖料的烘烤性能和成品盖耐压强度,同时摸索出了影响5182罐盖料成品盖耐压强度的主要因素。
Through four kinds of experiments for 5182 alloy can cover materials, it is proved that the baking property and the compressive strength of the finished cover could not be improved by adjusting the total processing rate of cold rolling. By increasing the content of Mg element, the baking properties and the compressive strength of the finished cover could be obviously improved, and the main factors affecting the compressive strength of the finished cover of 5182 alloy can cover were found out.
