摘要
针对采用平模挤压铝合金过程中易出现缩尾缺陷问题进行了分析,利用布氏硬度计、万能试验机、金相显微镜等设备研究了缩尾缺陷对铝合金性能和组织的影响,并提出相应改善措施。结果表明,缩尾缺陷影响晶粒间的连续性,致使晶粒间存在弱晶界,从而使铝合金强度、塑性都降低,延伸率下降程度较大,达到了40%左右。采用阶级式模具可以有效减少缩尾长度,使其降到原长60%。调整挤压工艺对缩尾长度也有一定的效果。
Back end defects occurred using flat die extrusion had been analyzed. Influence of the back end defects on microstmcture and properties of aluminum alloy were investigated by Brinell hardness tester, universal test machine, metallurgical microscope, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. The results showed that the back end defects affected the continuity of the grain, leading to the existence of weak grain boundary, so that the aluminum alloy strength and ductility decreased, the elongation decreased greatly by 40%; the class die could effectively reduce the length of the back end defects, which fell to 60% of the original length, the adjustment of extrusion process had a little effect on the length of back end.
