摘要
通过光学显微镜观察和拉伸性能试验,研究了固溶处理温度和固溶保温时间对5A90合金板材组织与性能的影响。结果表明,5A90合金过烧温度超过535℃,较佳的固溶温度在450~460℃范围,材料可获得较好的强塑性匹配。1.5mm板材固溶保温10分钟即可,延长固溶保温时间,强度会有所降低。
The effects of solid solution temperature and holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of 5A90 sheet wereinvestigated by utilizing optical microscopy and tensile test. The results show that the overheating temperature For alloy 5A90 exceeds535℃, and the reasonable solution tempetature is in the range of 450~460℃, upon which the desirable combination of strengthand elongation obtained. It's also shown that 10-minute holding is enough for the solid solution treatment of sheet with thickness of1.5mm, prolonged holding makes the strengths slightly decreasing.
