Natural Resource Management in the New Era Needs to Create New Think Tanks

作为现代国家政策咨询的重要机构,智库是大国背后的"第四力量",新型智库是中国特色社会主义新时代发展的内在要求。本文通过智库建设在推动政府公共决策科学化过程中发挥着不可替代的作用,对新时代打造自然资源管理的新型智库的迫切性以及新阶段自然资源主要矛盾的变化进行了深入剖析研究,提出了亟待从建立中国自然资源智库联盟及交流机制和网络平台、加快培育自然资源智库高层次领军人才等方面推进自然资源新型智库建设的思路路径。

As an important institution of modern national policy consultation, think tanks are the ＂fourth force＂ behind big powers, and new think tanks are the inherent requirements of the new-era development of the socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper, through the construction of think tanks which plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the scientization of government public decisions, makes an in-depth analysis of the urgency of forging new think tanks in natural resource management in the new era and the main contradictions and changes of natural resources in the new stage, and puts forward the idea path of building new think tanks in natural resources from the perspectives of the establishment of the alliance of China＇s think tanks in natural resources, exchange mechanism and network platform, and the accelerating cultivation of the high-level leaders for think tanks in natural resources.
