摘要
随着城市化的快速发展,建设用地集约利用是土地资源合理、高效利用的重要手段。本文运用空间相关分析、空间热点分析法,结合遥感影像及实地调查综合对比,以湖南省益阳市中心城区为例,分析城市不同功能区建设用地的集约利用。结果显示,城中心为集约度"热点"区,土地利用水平整体呈高—高聚类;城市边缘区域集约度呈现低—低类型的"冷点"区,土地开发潜力较大;居住、工业、商业、教育与行政办公功能区土地利用状况在空间上呈显著聚类分布模式。其中,居住、商业功能区集约度在城中心为高—高类型,在城市边缘开发区或新区为低—低类型;工业功能区集约度在长春镇形成少量高—高聚集区,在谢林港镇存在高—低、低—高离散类型区,说明该区域的工业功能区间的集约利用水平差距较大,需加以改善。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China, the intensive use of construction land is the important method of rational and effective use of land resources. Based on the spatial correlation analysis and hotspot analysis method, the paper analyzes spatial differentiation of land use for different functional areas in central urban area of Yiyang in combination with comprehensive contrast between remote sensing image and field survey. The result indicates that the center of the city is intensity "hotspot" area and the land use shows a high cluster distribution pattern on the whole; the marginal area of the city is low-low "cold spot" area, with larger potential of land development; the land use in the residential, industrial, commercial, educational and administrative function areas is remarkable cluster distribution pattern, wherein, residential and commercial function areas is high-high at the center of the city, low-low at the marginal development area or new area of the city; the industrial function area is a little high-high concentration areas at Changchun Town, high-low and low-high discrete areas at Xielingang Town, meaning the differences of intensive use level among the industrial function areas in this zone are significant, which needs to be improved.
