摘要
从理论上分析了SiC脱氧在热力学和动力学上的可行性,结合现有生产条件,红河钢铁有限公司炼钢厂在脱氧合金化工艺方面采用80号SiC替代50号SiC进行出钢脱氧合金化操作,同时调整其他合金结构及数量进行工业试验。生产实践数据表明,脱氧合金化工艺调整后与调整前相比,合金元素收得率、铸坯合格率和内控率有所提高,钢材力学性能稳定且有所改善,两种规格的HRB400E钢种分别可降低生产成本1.75和0.62元/t。
The feasibility of the thermodynamics and kinetics of SiC deoxygenation was theoretically analyzed.Combined with the existing production conditions,No.80 SiC was used in the deoxidation alloying process instead of No.50 SiC in steel mills,and at the same time,the structure and quantity of other alloys were adjusted,the industrial tests were carried out.The production practice showed that compared with the previous deoxidation alloying process,after the adjustment the alloy elements yield,casting qualified rate and internal control rate were increased,the steel mechanical properties were improved,and the production cost of two specifications of HRB400 Esteel can reduce 1.75 yuan per ton and 0.62 yuan per ton,respectively.
